We ship to addresses across India — including all major metros, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, and most rural pincodes. If a serviceable pincode check fails at checkout, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
Orders below ₹999: ₹79 flat shipping
Orders ₹999 and above: FREE shipping
Cash on Delivery: No additional handling fee
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (for UPI) or order placement (for COD). Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
Tier-3 & rural: 6–9 business days
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — festive loads, weather, transport strikes or public holidays. We'll keep you updated by email throughout.
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your order any time at synoapparel.com/track-order using your order number.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, we will attempt to reach out to you. If we are unable to reschedule delivery, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping cost. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to accept delivery.
At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced via our newsletter when it becomes available.
