At Syno Apparel, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. All original tags, packaging and labels must be intact. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been altered, damaged by the customer or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Please email support@synoapparel.com or call us at +91 83054 80494 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will review the request and share return instructions within 2 business days.
Return approval: Within 2 business days of receiving the request
Quality check: 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item
Refund processing: 5–7 business days after QC approval
Total timeline: 7–10 business days from return receipt to refund credit
Refunds for UPI payments are credited back to the original payment source. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS) — you'll need to share your bank account details.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@synoapparel.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process after delivery. For cancelled UPI orders, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Innerwear, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned. Items purchased during clearance sales marked as “non-returnable” are final sale.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion. Shipping charges for returning damaged items are borne by Syno Apparel.
We currently process exchanges as a return + fresh order. Please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or variant. This way, we can ensure quick turnaround and avoid the item going out of stock while your exchange is in transit.
